On Tuesday 14th April, the Twenty11 team welcomed tenants along to a CV‑building session delivered by Bucks Adult Learning.
The session focused on building practical CV‑writing skills, to support tenants who are looking for work or thinking about their next steps. As well as providing useful tools and guidance, the workshop aimed to boost confidence and help tenants feel more supported in reaching their goals.
Feedback from tenants was overwhelmingly positive. Following the session, 100% of attendees agreed or strongly agreed that the training was relevant to their needs, the materials were helpful, the content was well organised, and the session would support their future goals. All attendees also said they would take part in another workshop.
Tenants also shared some lovely feedback after the event, highlighting both the value of the session and the welcoming atmosphere on the day:
