Here at Twenty11 we believe that having a life that is free from harm and abuse is a fundamental right for everyone. We're committed to safeguarding children and adults at risk of abuse to help ensure their safety and wellbeing.
We’ve trained our staff to be alert to signs of abuse and they follow a prompt and effective reporting procedure should abuse be suspected, disclosed or discovered.
We also work closely with our partner contractors so they too can spot signs of abuse which they report to our team quickly.
As a tenant, a family member, or a member of our wider community, you may have safeguarding concerns, and we want you to know what to do to report these.
If you believe somebody is in immediate danger then you should call 999.
