In 2021, our Community Potential Specialists helped over 20 tenants set up Personal Success Plans, developing realistic and achievable goals that are individual to them and their circumstances.
In the last six months alone, we’ve seen some amazing progress amongst our determined tenants with job offers, completed qualifications, business start-ups and published books - just a few of the success stories we’ve lent our support to.
Our Community Potential Specialists are on hand now to help tenants with their 2022 goals. They offer 1:1 support with regular video calls, and tenants get 5 positive points on their Tenancy Sustainment License for setting up a Personal Success Plan, as well as 10 points when they complete it! Once tenants have an active plan, they also become eligible to apply for our Aspiration Pot Fund with grants available to help them achieve their goals and dream!
