New tenancy sustainment points offered in response to tenant feedback

Following the success of our digital drop-in week in October, we've reviewed the feedback our tenants gave us and looked at how we can offer new opportunities to gain Tenancy Sustainment Licence (TSL) points.

Tenants said they'd like to have a wider range of points available for all types of volunteering, from one-off opportunities to in-person events and everything in between. They also mentioned that they'd like to be acknowledged for never having incurred any negative points - so in response we've created these new categories:

  • Supporting the local community one-off (e.g, a litter pick, volunteer morning, cutting a neighbour's grass) +5
  • Supporting the local community - volunteering for 3 months +10
  • Supporting the local community - volunteering for 6 months +15
  • One-off event - Supporting Twenty11 in developing and shaping our future processes +5
  • One-off event - Community morning +10

  • Length of service Superstar - three successfully renewed tenancies with no negative points on any +5
  • Length of service Hero - five successfully renewed tenancies with no negative points on any +10

We've also decided to run another digital drop-in event in 2024, at the end of November with sessions on:

  • Monday 25th November at 9am
  • Tuesday 26th November at 6:30pm
  • Wednesday 27th November at 9am
  • Thursday 28th November at 6pm

If you're a Twenty11 tenant, then look out for a portal message and drop in when convenient - we look forward to welcoming you along to help us shape our TSL!
