Personal success plans take shape at tenant workshop

We recently held a Personal Success Plan workshop hosted by our Realising Potential Specialists. Held at The Front Room café in High Wycombe, the session provided a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for tenants to explore their aspirations and set goals.

Ten enthusiastic tenants joined the workshop, engaging in insightful conversations and actively filling out goal cards. Notably, five personal success plans were established, focusing on areas such as enhancing employability, acquiring new skills, and pursuing relevant courses. These plans hold potential for securing funding from our Aspiration Pot initiative.

Beyond personal development planning, the workshop also sparked interest in our Digital Tenant Engagement Group. Three participants expressed their desire to join, and our team will be reaching out to them with additional details.

“We were thrilled to welcome tenants to this vibrant café in the heart of High Wycombe,” said Holly Howarth, Senior Realising Potential Specialist.

“We enjoyed great conversations, did some goal setting, and ate delicious food. At Twenty11, we’re committed to empowering individuals to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally. Events like this are a testament to that mission.”

The feedback we received from tenants was positive, with one saying:

"Thanks so much. We have enjoyed the day, as a family, meeting other Twenty11 tenants."
