Alan Keers is awarded the Most Innovative Affordable Housing CEO - England

We’re proud to share that Alan Keers, Chief Executive of Twenty11, has been awarded the Most Innovative Affordable Housing CEO - England by SME News.

After hearing the news, formally announced this week, Trevor Morrow, Group Chief Executive, said: “This award is fantastic news for both Alan and Twenty11. It recognises the hard work that has gone into setting up Twenty11 and the massive role that Alan played in getting it off the ground.

“Alan is an innovative leader who knows how to get the best out of his teams, so to win this award is a wonderful achievement and acknowledgment of his dedication to making Twenty11 a success.”

Alan said: “It was a really pleasant surprise to find out about the nomination and then to hear that the judging panel had recognised this with the award. We have all worked really hard on this initiative over the past eight years, so for this to be acknowledged in this way is a tremendous tribute to everyone’s efforts.

“Twenty11 continues to demonstrate to the sector that there are other ways of doing things that meet the modern needs of the community, and that the innovations that have emerged from what we do are now being recognised by the government and even internationally. We should be proud of that, I know I am.”

SME News’ primary objective is to identify and support the best small and medium-sized businesses in the UK.
