On Tuesday 27th June, the Twenty11 Team took themselves up to Manchester to attend the Housing 2023 Conference – the biggest event in the housing calendar!
The three-day conference was a great chance for the team to showcase our Realising Potential approach, talk about all the things Twenty11 does differently, and attend discussions about the hot topics in the housing sector. There was also the opportunity to see what other housing services had to offer and share ideas on improving the service we offer our tenants.
Ashley, one of our Customer Experts, attended on Wednesday. He said, "It was a very interesting few days, I attended a talk on data lead approach and had a lot of meaningful conversations on our stand with both housing professionals and vendors. The things that make Twenty11 unique - our aspiration pot, our digital-first approach, the Tenancy Sustainment Licence, and Personal Success Plans - all had a lot of interest from those I spoke to."
We also had a bespoke stand specially designed for the conference which helped us tell our story to passers by and those who stopped for a chat.
On the final day, Laurinda Hornblow, Twenty11’s Head of Operations and Growth was on the stand alongside her team. She reported, “We've had a lot of interest from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, particularly about our Personal Success Plans and how these benefit our tenants”.
